How do I...
Become a forum moderator? I would love to be one. I feel there are many forum topics that need to be locked...like most political ones...because they all just get people cursing at eachother saying Barrack or McCain stinks. That does not help make a COMMUNITY. that is what scratch is meant to be. A safe site, for all ages, when there is nothing wrong with stating your oppinion, you don't have to say "Oh! You are SUCH a loser. You like McCain/Obama?" Who cares?!? EVERYONE has their own opinion. Well, there is my speech. I would like to be a mod, please tell me if I am, and why/why not.

Dear Scratch Users,
I'm done with scratch, or at least making projects. I have made one last big game, thats both fun and teaches a lesson about water. It'd mean a lot if you gave me feedback. http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/bosox397/569201

It's great that you want to be Forum Moderators...that shows a good sense of community spirit! If the Team decides that more moderators are needed, they look for people like you that are committed to helping the community. And whether or not a moderator position is in your future, everyone appreciates the efforts you folks give helping to keep Scratch a fun and friendly place!

Thanks. I just see alot of trash and stuff on the forums like cussing and other stuff...and Scratch is meant to be a positive site where kids can learn, or just have fun without being offended.

I agree with you 100%. If you see stuff like that, use the Report link under every post. That would be very helpful!
