I'm sorry, but I just simply don't have the time or money to keep the server up at the moment. If someone could please donate some, I might be able to get the server back up, but until then, or some point in the future, the server will be down.

Gbear, if you would pay attention to your server, put some effort in again, I'm sure people would donate. But you left control of it to me, and I can't do it. So, that may be the explanation.

I have had less than an hour of time using the computer in the last three weeks, I haven't had the chance to do anything.

I am pretty much nothing right now. The server costs $20 a month to run. Do the math.

Purchasing a SSH Server for my site... It will help anyway.

Edit: Dedicated SSH

Another Edit: The Server can be run off it. Also will E-Mail Gbear SSH Account Details Such as Host, Username and Password

What's the big deal? Mincecraft's not THAT great, is it? I mean, sure, it's a programming marvel, but in terms of fun, BORING. Am I really missing that much just because I'm too cheap to pay for the Beta version and instead use Classic?

You are missing that much. Classic was essentially just Notch building the basic engine.

Hello Gbear... $20 a month? That's a rippoff. I use brohoster for $12 and 16 people big_smile . I could host your map on my server however, and let you use stargates to access it wink

... Have you even heard what has happened to brohoster?? They lost their whole management team pretty much, because the CEO sold it to some other people. If it wasn't for that, I would rent one. Plus, Ethan might be able to get ssh access for his website, so that we can run Scratchia on it.

Meh. The server was just meant for friends, and we haven't had problems with brohoster yet smile . And I know that meowmeow55 has a cheap server with another host, you can talk with him at the totalconcat forums...

Anyway, yes. Brohoster doesn't have many people but problems = not many (other than I hate the restart and stop stuff. I have to tell everyone to get off mad )

But They fired the CEO after that smile

Someday I'm going to run my own server hosting smile .
