It is two communities. The mainsite and forums are almost two different sites. The thing that separates everyone is misunderstanding by many.

Once again, easy to ask, hard to answer. I would say that yes, I am sick of the community these days. Whether it be as simple as correcting a pointless mistake, or being to trollish. The community of scratch these days is being slowly taken over by people that aren't as smart as the rest. The smart people are the ones that stay on, even if they get only 17 comments. (I know, I can't talk, I'm pretty well known.) I'm also seriously critical of all the 'Kaj' returns, and the ' Who is Kaj?'. Shouldn't we just let Kaj dissappear, rather than let him still rule over the community even though he has been gone for years. I wish that the community would start to smarten up, not be some zombie land like some of the other forums I've seen.

I'm not 'sick' of Scratch, just bored with the forums. It's just that there are no interesting topics, and there are no 'smart' people. Well, hardly any. It's like a personality contest, not a forum for interesting productive discussion. hmm

By 'smart'; I mean people that type in coherent sentences, can get their point across without trolling or using a lolcat, and who respect other's opinions iwthout being insulting.
I remember back when discussions were actually really interesting and there were lots of funny users (not insultrolls) and half of the popular forumers now would be outcasts.
I might quit, everyone seems to be either insulting or immature these days. Or addicted to Minecraft. The community's already driven Albertt911 away, and I might leave too.
Even on serious issues, someone butts in and makes a cutting, sarcastic comment. Miscellaneous is more of a popularity contest now, all the funny, thoughtful Scratchers have gone.

When you join a website, and most websites that you have to make an account for have a community, you're not always going to like the community. join battlefield heores and see if you like that community. no site with a community has a community that reaches everyones standards. there are tons of trolls and text talkers (*cough* me *cough*) in every community. youll live
