I tried the new microsd with 1.9gb free memory and got the same error
Ok i found the right folder, so the image might be too big? Can i do anything about this?

okay! I think that you'd better take both the .changes and the .image.

New error:
This interpreter(vers. 6502) cannot read the image file (vers 6502)
press cr to quit...
I renamed squeak4.2-10966.image and changes to squeak.image and squeak.changes.
SHould I of done this
