I do have a pattern I use for my plushies, but generally it's a flat plushie and can't do things like sit or stand. thnks! do you know where i can get stuff for a mario & luigi plushie for him?

A fabric store is probably your best bet if you're looking for a good durable material (I wouldn't recommend using felt because it isn't durable and it gets dirty easily and can't be cleaned). Unless it's a huge plushie, you don't need that might cloth; some fabric stores have a scrap area where you can get scrap cloths for cheap (bargain tip ;D).

i had alot of old tye dye shirts, so i ade pillows, little beanie bags, and even a needle pillow

Nope, I've never even heard of Jo-Ann's Fabric and Craft stores (I had to Google it up to figure out what it was); we have Michael's Arts and Crafts store, though, and some fabric and craft stores of the mom-and-pop variety. ^^

I can cross stitch and chain stitch

We had to do it for our FCS class in school. I was never really good at it though.
