vb.net is good for it's ease of use and can closely rival the other .nets. Plus you can also make 3D games as it has direct x support.
Hmm. Would anyone buy a text based game with a command prompt like interface written is vb.net?
Maybe, if you have a lot of levels/challenges.
But you couldn't sell it for much.

Back to the BASICs, am I right![]()
Oh, you've used Small Basic too? I like it; it's nice and simple and has some nice features (plus a decent IDE that comes with it.) but it's not my cup of tea personally.

You have to buy a kit $39 ($32 without pro edition). Then you have to use microsd cards to put the data onto the flashcart. Then you can play it on the DS

I analyzed Greenfoot for some hours,
but it is way less intuitive than scratch.
Greenfoot is a Java environment for games.
I wonder why some people here stating using C++
still try other things?
There are so many free game libraries to include in C++,
there is no need to look further.
But C++ is similar to Java,
promising less fun for quick results.

I'm learning Java, but I still use Scratch because it's extremely simple to put something together and the community is so great.

Link to your greenfoot gallery please.
(Greenfoot games run online
with the same Java player as Scratch projects do without login)
Gallery = Collection, or do you mean Scenario's?
Anyway, one of each: http://greenfootgallery.org/collections/2

RPG Maker XP.
My latest project is "Final Fantasy Golf".
Your mileage may vary.

I asked for YOUR gallery or project on Greenfoot.
collection/2 seems to be a gallery
and has a DIFFERENT user than
scenario/670 seems to be a project
Again, one link to YOUR work on Greenfoot?
