What types of things do you want for 2.0? I would like mesh to become an official feature and a save block. I want to hear your ideas. What interesting things can you think of?

I don’t think this topic belongs in All About Scratch. I think it belongs in Suggestions.
And I don’t understand what you mean by “save block” Save the Scratch Project? Save the game, in-game? Save the game generally?

Are you talking about the Scratch page, like the Scratch where you design games or the website? If you are talking about the website then your post should go somewhere else.
Okay, I want for Scratch version 2.0 for block making! (Without the system browser). And my wish came true they are doing block making hurray! I would also like a Scratch problem detector. Like they could enable a Scratch flaw detector, so it would basically detect if there was a problem with a script that was not correct it would detect it and a window would pop up telling you your error. That would be nice OR they could make another Scratch thing called like Scratch problem detector, you could save your games there too and you could make them there too and if there is a problem Scratch problem thing (or whatever they would name that software) would detect it. That would be helpful (sorry for the such long post )

0.o well, Thescratch3, I dont fully agree with that... that would take up ALOTTA space and memory on your computer. Dont you think that that would take MONTHS to program? And,
@Imaginet: There is ALLREADY a complex way how you can make it toware it saves in the Scratch game... you should fig ur eit out of how to do it.

What about Scratch version 2.0 that is taking months to program too. Yea, it will take up alot of space on your computer, but still it would be a nice thing to have around. It is just a thought for future references Scratch team could jumble the idea up with their own thoughts (this topic should go in Suggestions)

I cant find another thread about this, so im posting a block idea here:
a string find block. Say you were asked a question and you put a capital letter for first letter, and lowercase for rest or lowercase for all or caps for all, you would put a block like: <String Match [ ]> . You would write the answer in the box, and no matter how the player types it, it would result true.

and, a < < > for [ ] secs> block, say if you want somthing to happen if the sprite isnt touching the mouse for a few secconds, you would put: if <not <<touching mouse> for [10] secs>> then
*code underneeth*
