Java Not Working At All.

Can't find it, cant load it, can't install it, can't uninstall it, I've gotten every error message, done their fixes, and a new error is added into the mix.

Open command prompt and type java -version. What does it tell you?
Edit: Oh, and why would you need Java to send emails?
