Scratch!
It would be really cool for Scratch on the DS. For the Wii, it is hard already using the sensing bar. But the stylus you could use to snap on the blocks or draw with it! It would be perfect. Also you could go on the Internet with your DS and get some sprites from online or rip them! It would be so cool and would work out if Nintendo and MIT work it out.
