how would I make a game that can scroll left and right and up and down

Click on my profile and see both the scroling tutorial and download Rpg and cheak out one of the background sprites.

IF you look at that tutorial that is how you do left and right. Up and down would be the same except you would have for the ground sprites: set y to scrolly and you would have if up arrow pressed and if down arrow pressed instead of left and right
