Any way to export Scratch to a game console?

Is there a way to export Scratch games on a game console? If there is how do I do that? If there isn't, can/will that be included in Scratch 2.0?

Re: Any way to export Scratch to a game console?

I'm pretty sure it's not possible and I'm also fairly sure they're not going to make it possible.  The file type, for one, is .sb, and nothing but Scratch can run that (I think).  For another, they don't have the rights to do that, they'd need permission from the console owners, which won't happen because they would see Scratch as a way to get free games anytime.

a whole development team is working on a project called 'Go Everywhere!' which will use javascript and allow scratch on any device with a web browser.
