Anybody here able to play by ear?

I've been messing with things. I need someone to play the main chords to this song. It'd really help!

Re: Anybody here able to play by ear?

UGH!

"Play by ear" There's this really weird nerd in band who always "brags" about he can play by ear. He is supposedly playing the trumpet part even though were not trumpets. >.> And then he played the "trumpet" part in an actual concert.

Sorry, I just don't like to hear play by ear.

Re: Anybody here able to play by ear?

It's by Alex F. There are two versions, his version and Crazy Frog's version. The President also plays it in Monsters Vs. Aliens

Maybe I could figure them out, I can play some stuff by ear as long as it's not overly complicated  tongue

EDIT: Okay, the main melody's chords are Fm-D#-Fm-D# and then ascending as C#-D#-Fm. Then there's an odd bridge which is something like F#-Fm-F#-D#, and on one instance the D# is replaced by G#.

Forgot to say... If you want me to record these chords on my guitar you'll have to wait 'till Saturday since today and tomorrow I'll be a little busy lol.

Re: Anybody here able to play by ear?

Could they be synthesized? Because I could do that without recording equipment.

I can create a MIDI file of the song... or I can try to play it on the piano (however, I have a really sucky microphone).  hmm
