NONONONONONONNONOONONONo It ended very well if you ask me. I dont see a reason for another one.
Exactly. When the ending to a film makes you cry in a good way, stop there. I don't think they would be able to top TS3 with another TS film
(though they may outdo themselves on BRAVE...)
Oh yes, the scene where a college nerd cried for baby toys was very heartfelt.
-_- i don't know what tone to read that in...
It was sweet ok?

"Mommy, I got rid of these toys years ago now I have a sudden urge to cry about them. HELP ME MOMMY!"
But in all seriousness you only cry because you're saying bye to the characters too.

One of the comments on the article pretty much sums it up
Toy Story 4: It's all about merchandising now.
Soon to be followed by
Toy Story 5: Because you bought the first four.

Gah just noticed the grammatical error in the title.... Should be "they're" not there!

They're owned by Disney.
Disney is the one pushing and churning the franchises.

Disney lost it's magic.

Well, I LOVE Toy Story, but I think it ended well too...
I think some Wall-E thing would be nice, I loved Wall-E.

that was your idea of 'perfectly'? The 3rd Toy Story was [in my opinion] a disaster. Not only was it the same 'escape the building while some weird guy tries to keep you in', but it was the worst of the series! pixar BETTER be making a 4th one just to get themselves another chance at an actually GOOD reputation, or at least better than HORRIBLE. plus the fact that pixar's [most likely] goal is to sell more copies of the movie, not to keep the audience happy, although the two are hard to separate. toy story is one of the most famous CGI movie series in existence, and pixar is guaranteed to keep selling them, no matter how much people hate them. unless the world is suddenly populated by only me's.

As they should! (minus another feature film of course).
Toy Story was the first fully computer animated feature film. In a world where George Lucas didn't want to make animated movies, just have animators to help out on his films, Disney was afraid of the computer replacing their animators, and Brave Little Toaster being John Lasseter's reason for getting fired, they did what many thought to be impossible.
So there
Just no TS4 ok Pixar? Love ya, but no
Make some TS toons instead like Hawiian Vacation.

After all, Toy Story 3 grossed $1 billion worldwide. How can Disney say 'no' to a Toy Story 4 (even though the story ended well)?
