Projects not saving

My students and I are creating Scratch projects and are saving them to one of the school drives as well as flash drives. Everything seems to save fine, but the files aren't there when we check later. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Check to see what the default save location is, and make sure that is where you are looking when reloading.
