That's called "zalgo text". Basically, a bunch of garbage characters are put in between the letters to make it look creepy. Most people use online generators, like this one: http://textozor.com/zalgo-text/
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Lol. These don't work on the PS3. I had to log on to my computer to read the text. Oh and People please resize the images yourself the PS3 does not resize images.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
