Omigosh My Computer Is Scaring Me!!!
When ever everything is silent and i'm on scratch and my volume is down low, I hear people talking (its not a TV or people)! And whenever I turn my volume up, the talking stops!! What is that?

Mine do it too; the speakers pick up radio signals a little bit.
