Spriter's Resource
Great website, only problem is that it's sheets that makes you rip the sprites from them. Overall, very good site. You just have to right click and select save picture as... and make it a png. (link)

Awesome website, made by scratchers for scratchers. Can be found in the support section of the scratch website. Many things open as a scratch project. SIgn in with your scratch account (absolutely safe) to download stuff. Only problem is, that it doesn't have official game sprites.(link)

Great for pokemon sprite. Also has a player (trainer) card maker. Great for all pokemon fans. (link)
