I'm making a poker game and for each card, there is a different costume for each different poker card. there is no hearts, or spades or clubs. so there is only different poker numbers, and no ace. so therefore i need a script that tells you what your hand is after checking your cards. after that i need it to be able to register a number based on what hand it is(the better the hand the higher the number!) then compare it to the opponents number, and the higher wins!(that part is just a program.) thanks! if i figure it out before ill let ya know!

I am not fully sure but here is a tip which can work for future projects too:
Try different combinations of things which you think are right. And then frequently test the game or video or whatever. If something is wrong or you would like to change it, go into the scripts and change them. Keep playing around with variables and numbers until it works out.
That's what I did for the projects I have. Then I learned from my mistakes and then you know what to do and not so it helps you both ways.

i did that. its didnt work. its really a big fat waste of time and i was doing it in another epic game, and when it was the end of the day i saved it and tomorrow i went back and finished it, but it failed. and i couldnt change it back because i rigged the whole thing and changed all the scripts for it. in other words, that one terrible mistake blocked off one of the best games scratch could have ever had...
