How to open .mp3 files in sound recorder?

I can't figure it out  hmm . The smart is now the notsosmart.

It depends on what Sound Recorder is. Are you using Windows? Is it a pre-included program?

You can't. Convert the MP3 to WAV and it will open.  wink
