Change Costume Order

In projects where you'd like to cycle thru costumes (repeating "next costume" several times) - it would be great to be able to select a costume and "move up" or "move down" to re-order the costumes.

OMG; I can't believe that nobody told me that.  I've been importing SO carefully to keep stuff in order.
