Who Is Kaj43?
I went on scratch earlier this morning and a lot of the projects I looked at have comments by Kaj43. He has no favorites and no projects or anything- anyone know him?

Kaj was a user that posted angry projects and messages about destroying Scratch. Many people were scared by her remarks. The username "Kaj" was then hijacked and used by other users to scare Scratchers. A couple of hackers who used the Kaj username guessed some Scratcher's passwords, deleted all their stuff and posted the Kaj projects on there instead. The username "Kaj" is used to scare Scratchers, so the Scratch Team simply have to put an end to it and block the user for scaring others.

Yes, her. See here for a picture book about Kaj. And yes, this new Kaj account, will probably get banned/ deleted. Maybe we just need a filter when making a new account so "Kaj" can't be part of a user name to keep stuff like this from popping up...

People like to exaggerate the story of Kaj. She's really nothing to worry about.
I can't wait until next April Fools day, so I'll just post the prank that I was going to do here.
I was going to post a project to my account with the title "I WILL TAKE OVER SCRATCH!!!" I would have scripted it to change the costume when the project was started, so when they saw the screenshot it would say "I WILL DESTROY SCRATCH" but when they viewed the project it would only say "April Fools. I have no intention of harming my favorite website."

Most Kaj accounts are banned, but usually it's because of crazy name (like "kajisback", for example). Assuming that Kaj43 is a sincere Scratch user, it's more likely the account will be left alone.
