If I understand you correctly, you are asking if a man existed that was able to demonstrate a test result for a given test of strength that was 55 times the mean average result of the other test subjects, would that person be "awesome"?
It sounds like that data point would be way outside the expected distribution and would certainly be of interest to the people conducting the study. Whether that would inspire "awe" or just a desire to redo the test a number of times to make sure there wasn't an error remains to be seen
