What happened in it?

Spongebob and Squidward were moving a couch and Spongebob repeatedly smashed the couch on Squidward's toe and finally his toenail fell off.

Haven't seen that episode (No cable TV, I usually watch TV at my cousin's house, though) but I don't like the new episodes much. I prefer the old episodes MUCH better. I only watch the new ones because they're new.
