Scratcher Type
On your user page you should have scratcher types.
People would rate you on your type.
For example
Programmer IIIIIIIIIIIIIII 70%
Commenter II 10%
Player IIII 20%
On your user page there's a button that says rate this user
Then three sliders appear that let you rate
Press submit and it will be added to the average
The average will be the result

Another thing to have an idea about would be to have you be able to make polls for other people to answer.

the problem is, if you don't get too many ratings on something, for example, programmer, you might feel bad

feeling bad that you're a programmer?
that just doesn't seem right...
My suggestion was that you make the choices, and if you don't want to be something, don't make it a choice.
