I am going to make a guess as to how you do this squaring without operators: do you use geometry?

I was wrong, instead you used something that, if you did the analogous thing in something such as BASIC, you would have to use operators because you say ' let a = a + b '  instead of ' change a by b ' which is a way of saying it that hides that it uses addition operator
