GLaDOS's Still Alive is so popular, it made it into Rock Band. Too bad I haven't unlocked it yet.

Contrary to popular belief, you CAN collect the 1000th Lum in Rayman 2. Since it died from when Razorbeard ate it, it went to a graveyard in the Tomb of the Ancients.
Very clever, Ubisoft.

Sora was originally going to be Mickey Mouse. Also, the real reason that King Mickey went missing in Kingdom Hearts is that Square Enix didn't have a license to show such an iconic Disney character.

The guy who voices Baron Praxis(Jak II) is the same guy who voices Mr. Krabs.
Silver the Hedgehog's name was originaly Venice the Mink.

Sorry if I have duplicates - I didn't want to check the whole thread. 
-Charizard has the same cry as Rhyhorn.
-(unknown) Paper Mario for the N64 was going to have the exact same bridge/island as the one in Paper Mario TTYD, but it never made it to the final game.
-Pokémon Snap was originally going to be a game without Pokémon, but the creators thought that there was no motive, so they added Pokémon to the game.
-Super Mario Bros. 2 for the USA is completely different than the one in Japan: Japan had a normal sidescroller like the first game, while the US had a clone of a Japanese (?) game with Mario characters.
-Pilotwings 64 was released in 1996, then Pilotwings Resort was a 3DS launch title (2011).

I know Sally is a different character, I read the comics. I guess Archie or whoever created Sally used Amy's original name.
Amy was also known as Rosy the Rascal.

In Rayman 2, you get the fourth Mask of Polokus from a Globox kid who "found it in the mines". However, in Rayman Revolution, it is guarded by Grolem 13. This means that the Globox kid beat Grolem 13.

People originally thought that Noob Saibot's name was changed to "Noob" due to John Tobias leaving Midway. (Noob Saibot = Boon Tobias backwards) However, Ed Boon recently revealed that "the character is Noob, the shadow clone is Saibot."
