Got Big Brother Plugin

We probably won't need a whitelist anymore, since BB can rollback any griefing...

Also added LWC - if we don't have a whitelist, we need some sort of chest protection.

Qazedt, don't remove the whitelist, even when we have BB. What about on Minecraft updates? When Bukkit needs to update, so none of the plugins work? Then people could grief. tongue
