Competitions

Add a new section to the forums: Competitions. The Scratch Team should make new competitions from time to time.

Well, I think the number of competitions is good enough. It's true, however, that competitions stimulate creativity and would encourage better projects on Scratch. But don't forget that people also get tired of them.
