My hard drive is extremely full with only 150MB space and I have no idea why.. I have run 10 disk cleanups and do not have very many programs that would take up too much space... Except the Sims but that cant take up to much space can it? Everyday there is less and less space and its making my laptop really slow and laggy I dont know how many times Firefox has froze and crashed when Ive used it today and Ive only been for 15 mins.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to fix this? Do you think I have a virus? I hope not because I have anti virus software and ad block!!

It would be more clear if you'd list the initial capacity of your hard drive.
First of all, do you know what a "temp" folder is and what cookies are? You should google them and help on how to clear them out a bit. If it's getting more filled every day, the case is probably because you're browsing the internet and temporary files are being saved to your computer. Also, you can't just give disk-cleaning software all the work; take a look around your folders, your download folder, your music folder - clear some of that (if it's not too obvious already). Also, run a disk checkup with your antivirus software, just in case. Sometimes viruses/keyloggers/trojans sit around for months on the computer unnoticed.

Well no wonder it's full. That's tiny! And yes, games can take up a lot of space. A modern full-size game can easily be 5-10 GB in size. Media can take up a lot of space too though, especially video. If you have a lot of songs, it can take up a fair amount. (I have about 500 songs which is about 7 GB. That's not significant with my hard drive, but it would be with yours.)
I'm glad I don't have your hard drive though - I have 63 GB of videos. XD

Sims 3 would probably be more, actually. Also, the music would be really huge.

It may be that you play on too many sites for gaming, like Andkon, which at the tp says "1000+ Free Flash Games!" It may be taking up all your cookies, killing your computer.

If you are on Windows, go to:
Start>Run
In Run, type in "%temp%" (without quotes), and press Enter.
A folder will pop up. Delete all the files in there!
It got rid of 2+ GB on my 80GB drive.
