Note to scrach team: Problem with website

I got a notification a few minutes ago that said:
Your project Koch Snowflake has been added to the gallery

I viewed the source and it looked like this:

     Your project <a href=''>Koch Snowflake</a> has been added by <a href=''></a> to the <a href=''></a>gallery

Is this a bug with the PHP scripting?

P.S.  The link "Koch snowflake" leads to the homepage (probably because my browser thought it was a relative URL, and not a static one)
