I found a good one once that let you download the flv and convert it to various formats. Let me see if I can find it.

Edit: This one seems good, but just make sure you tell it not to install all the other junk it wants to add when you're clicking through the installer.

I use a screen recording program, record the audio and make it into and mp3. Better then downloading stuff or going to risky websites.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
