Anyone come across generic domains (possibly on weird TLDs (top-level domains, AKA things like .com)) whose aim doesn't completely stick to their domain name?

I once saw a commercial pharmaceutical website with .edu as it's domain. I thought that was really weird.

Eh, weird maybe, but I think I know why. You see, .edu websites gets indexed by search engines faster than .com ones. What a way to take SEO power to the max.
