Configuring and remembering directories

Hello,

Can Scratch remember the last directory opened between executions?
It seems to always open in Scratch's own Projects directory.

Can I configure what directories are opened for Projects and Home?

Presumably, this should be possible with the "ini" file,
but I can't find any documentation of it.

Thanks

Re: Configuring and remembering directories

Unfortunately, as far as I know, there is not currently a way in Scratch 1.3.1 to remember the last directory *between* sessions--nor to reconfigure via Scratch which directories are Projects and Home (though you could change those by renaming in your file structure.)

The .ini file can hide drives, as described on the last page of the Reference Guide.

As you have probably seen, once a project has been opened or saved in a given folder, Scratch remembers that folder as the default for the remainder of the session.

Re: Configuring and remembering directories

Hi Natalie,

I don't understand what you mean by "though you could change those by renaming in you file structure". Is the "Home" icon permanently compiled into "Documents and Settings/Administrator"? What exactly can I "rename" to change that??

Thanks
