Butch Hartman- I love his drawing style. And I love The Fairly Oddparents (2001-2006 era) and Danny Phantom. Never seen TUFF Puppy before though.

Jak- He's one of my favourite video game characters. I grew up with the Jak and Daxter series. I would love to meet Daxter too. ("God I miss pants") Too bad Jak isn't real.
