If it's any comfort, I'll soon be making a server not unlike Scratchia public soon. However, it wont be over bloated with too many plugins, normal users can't use many commands (to make it as much like the normal game as possible), the whitelist will be VERY selective, and back-ups are made regularly. It's currently limited to people I know IRL.
