Got that for my iPod.
All of the Robot Wants games (Robot Wants Kitty, Robot Wants Puppy, Robot Wants Fishy, Robot Wants Ice Cream, Robot Wants JIG) are great. They aren't little kid games, even though the title implies that.

Mostly everything that's Kongregate's top rated. My personal favourite would most likely be The Company of Myself.
From the other games, some of you might like Robot Unicorn Attack. To describe it, I'd probably use words that wouldn't be very appropriate here.
