why ponder over project ideas when u (YEAH YOU U IDIOT) , yes u can just click on open then examples then ideas and add stuff to it and put it out there in the world so that no noob in the scratch universe will have to ask somebody for help in a project?

Project Ideas are so people can get feedback on a prospective project they may want to work on. For example, a person may post an idea for a game and ask for feedback from other programmers on how the game mechanics could work.
A lot of the innovations that are present in the world today have come from the sharing and pondering over ideas (the computer your using is one of them). So why not ponder over project ideas?

Some things in the examples folder are just not what you need. When I was a "noob," I never asked questions about Scratch.... I just examined all the scripting that looked useful. But your question is meaningless. There is no reason someone cannot ask others for feedback on their project ideas! Some very great things have been invented this way. You've implied that people are too stupid to come up with their own ideas!
