Ignoring
Well, I almost ignored this one person because I'm sick of them referencing off of all my projects. I know that if you ignore them, you can't view their projects or get messages from them, but can they still view my projects if I do?

Yes, they can still view your projects, as they cannot know that you ignored them (unless you say so).
