No he isn't. He's clever. Or at least clever enough to scam a ton of people out of their money.

Actually, here's what it is:

1. 1990
2. 1994
3. 2000 [for computers, anyway] [succedded, but alive]
4. 2003
5. 2010
6. 2011 x2
7. 2012
8. 2038 [again, for computers]
9. 5002011

(Haha, I predicted the 9th one, and it hasn't passed yet)

EDIT: Actually, there's a 2038 bug.

In fact, there's also a Y1C problem which happened this year. [And obviously, for computers.]

For a real doomsday theory which even scientists support, in 2098 or something, a comet might hit earth and kill everyone.

Windows 2000 + Windows 98 = Windows 2098.

Did it already happen?
EDIT: Thank god my computer survived. My computer probably treats it as a 32-bit number, that will pose the problem on 2038, but not 2011. I got the results off Wikipedia.

Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?

Sorry if this seems offensive, but I find it funny when they say that the proof is 'it says so in the bible blah blah'. I just don't think that the stuff in the bible is true. But that's entirely my opinion.

It didn't even say that in the Bible. The guy made up some crazy math problem and translated the Bible to mean whatever he wanted it to mean.

Title was changed October 21st because he said there was "an invisible judgement day on May 21st, but the real end is coming October 21st".

Really, this guy is going to live with the devil if he keeps this up. The bible says if you dare to predict the end of the world it won't happen. Harold Camping is probably thinking of what to do with the $109 million dollars he scammed off of people who believed him.

Well, of course Harold Camping blamed the math. It can't be his fault, he can't be wrong, it's the math's fault. Yeah right...

if they were really Christians, they would know that the bible promised 1000 years of peace and prosperity before the beginning of the end.

Re: October 21st, the End of the World

Reasons it isn't true:

1: It was May 21 before. It didn't happen. Something's fishy about this...
2: Not one scientist agrees with it (not that I believe that scientists get everything right, some things can't be proven, a scientist's job is to find out as much about our world as possible.)
3: Name how many apocalypse theories that came true. Well, obviously. You don't need to give the world a specific date to end. It happens WHEN IT HAPPENS.

I never knew that.

Let's try both methods.
7000 - 4990 = 2010. 2010 + 1 {reason: there is no year 0} = 2011. {not passed}
1000 - 4990 = 3990 BC. (calculator results: -3990) {passed}
Actually, if so, the beggining of the end would already be done on 3990 BC.

No. The Bible says NOBODY will know the end of the world, therefore, your statement is false. My dad is a pastor  wink
