Only "Scratchers" are allowed to post in that section, and you are a "New Scratcher" (you can see your title under your username to the left).  To become a Scratcher you have to be active on the site a little longer.

Kileymeister's test account.  I upload engines and demos and stuff for public use.

You can't really. It just depends on how active you are- on the forums and the main site!  wink  Once the ST or a Community Moderator sees that you are fairly active (and not a spammer) you will get upgraded. Hope this helped!  smile

To illustrate: I've seen a New Scratcher with over 600 posts on the forums. I have also seen Scratchers with relativly low post counts but are Scratchers because they may be active more on the Main Site. There's a page about new Scratcher Status on the Scratch Wiki that might help too  smile
