Here is a quick mockup (it took five-ten minutes):
Obviously the art will be better, but try to just pay attention to the layout. I'll fill it in with official graphics as I get them. And just a little input, I think conversations should be viewable only by users that are given explicit permission from the people talking, instead of public.

I think the logo/navigation part should be one long part on the top.
Oh, and the common navigation is going to be buttons: View Friends (heart), View Updates (envelope), Write a New Post (a paper with a pencil on it), Games (joystick). So there, Sep.
