Multiple text objects in Scratch Painter

The text tool in the Scratch Painter is nice, I'm just wondering if I'm the only one thinking that multiple text entries would be even nicer, especially when drawing stage backgrounds?

Yes, it is annoying to have only one font and size, as well as only one location for text.

I have often had to create the text-like backgrounds with an external tool (Photoshop Elements), which is rather inconvenient.

The text doesn't even appear when the sprite is stamped!
