Error:
Squeak cannot locate the changes file named scratch.changes.

Hey peterkap! Did you recently move anything around in the Scratch folder or delete any files? That's usually the cause as Scratch only looks for the changes file in the same folder as it. You could try replacing any files you moved/deleted or simply re-install Scratch on your computer
