im new to scratch and can only make the jumping and moving scripts so far, even though i havent really made any of it yet. i want to make a hard, leveled platformer game with a main menu with credits and level select (and play button obviously). a game where you have to get to the teleporter at the highest platform. try to drop me as much information as possible. seriously, anything that involves a script besides moving, try to help me with. ESPECIALLY with the main menu and level select.

By "level select" do you mean like lvl 1, lvl 2, etc. or easy, medium, hard?

I think you should start off easy with point and click games, then move on to the hard stuff, like velocity and scrolling... smile

Try looking at a platformer base on Scratch and look at those scripts.

frizzle what exactly do you mean by level select? Is the main menu, level select, and credits the only thing you need to know right now? Because, as I posted earlier, I'm making a tutorial for you and need to know.

By level select do you mean easy, normal, hard, or level 1m level 2, level 3, etc?
