Project picture...

How do you choose the "profile picture" for a project? Is it just random, or can you control it?

I think it is what you see on the stage when you upload the project.

meew0 is correct.  So right before uploading, try arranging the sprites in an appealing way, or sometimes people make a sprite with a big picture on it, set it to hide immediately, but have it showing when it's uploaded, so that you can have a picture that does not occur in the project be your project picture.
