Have you tried the following?
1. Doing as the warning suggests and going back, then reloading.
2. Restarting the browser.
3. Clearing your cache/cookies.
4. Trying a different browser.
5. Restarting your computer.

EDIT: I was actually still logged in when I tried, so I was actually able to upload a file and was going to post it, but it couldn't connect, and it suggested I log out and log in again... Which of course I couldn't. :CCCC
5. Restarting your computer. No.

These are just some standard suggestions that are always worth trying. I've been surprised before, but I obviously listed them in order of easiest and most likely to work.
