That is very rare, but I wouldn't go so far to say it's never been done before. I mean, there are almost 2 million projects, and many infinite scrollers, odds are there's one that was converted to 1s1s1c.

Well, I'm going to be the first person to make a really good 3D game! 
Though it will be limited to corridors. 
But it will honestly be really good, like a proper 3D game.
