Scratch

I'm working on a webpage for New Scratchers to keep track of how much time they have to wait till post again!  It will also give them stuff to do as well!

If it does as well as I hope, I will make one for Scratchers as well (60 second rule).

Tasks:
Add the countdown: {Complete}
Add Pacman: {Complete}
Add about the project: {Coming}
Link to random scratch user: {Under review}
Random youtube video:  {Under review}

Please suggest ideas!
