Animal Cruelty
Okay. My friend has a cat that's painted like a Pikachu as her icon. Now as much as I love Pikachu, that is animal cruelty. Unless the cat liked being painted, but I don't think that they do. I know the Pikachu cat was very cute, but it didn't look happy.
Discuss animal cruelty.

That's not super cruel.
Beating a dog half to death is cruel.
Starving an animal is cruel.
Having two animals fight each other to the death is cruel.
painting a cat like a pikachu? Yes, obnoxious, dumb, and pretty mean, but not cruel.

For me, it looks fake because the color is much too intense. You usually don't get that type of intense hair coloring unless you bleach the hair, a process that's can be pretty dangerous, and most people use food coloring, not bleach and hair dye, to color the fur of animals.
Now if that is real, then that is indeed a pretty cruel thing to do to a kitten.
