An equation is two expressions each on one side of an equal sign. I got no better definition.

I got one that's pretty simple but harder than previous ones:

Solve for x.

I'm fairly confident it's NOT 2. We learned that you split it into equations to get it.
x+1=9,x+1=9

x = 8

I have my final Algebra 2 exam on Tuesday. Everything from the second half of the year is going to be on it, so I really need to study!
